#29 - Ry David Bradley on NFT

An NFT is an ownership registry, a database for creatives to know who has made what and track the information over time. Artist Ry David Bradley speaks about his relationship with the digital, the difference between working on a screen and seeing his tapestry works.  We also talk about age, the importance of knowing what’s inside and what medium will outlast us.

During our conversation, Ry mentions a couple of shows:

The Hole – Contemporary Art Gallery, New York

NFTism: No Fear in Trying, an NFT group exhibition curated by Kenny Schachter

Donald Kuspit’s review on the Beauty and the Beast: Hanna Hansdotter and Ry David Bradley at The Hole – Contemporary Art Gallery, New York

The show in Stockholm at Carl Kostyál, Hospitalet, August 23 – September 19, 2021
